FLS Series Flip-Flow Screen

  ■ Product Overview  

 Used for screening bulk loose materials in industries such as coal, quarries, steel plants, and cement plants; particularly the preferred equipment for screening fine-grained, high-moisture, and sticky materials.

  ■ Working Principle 

 The screen consists of a fixed screen frame and a floating screen frame. The vibrator generates basic vibration in the screen (single shaft for circular motion, dual shafts for linear motion) while causing the floating screen frame to produce additional elliptical motion, completing the material screening process.

  ■ Technical Features 

  • Adjust the amplitude of the screen by changing the eccentric block mass of the exciter, with an amplitude range of 4-8mm;

  • Adjust the amplitude of the floating screen frame by increasing or decreasing the number of shear springs or changing the spring stiffness, with an amplitude range of 12-20mm; 

  • The screen plate is made of highly wear-resistant and flexible polyurethane, with strong self-cleaning performance during expansion and contraction, suitable for screening high-moisture (9%-15% moisture content) fine-grained materials; 

  • The screen plate is easy to disassemble and replace quickly.
